I've been a real estate agent in North Carolina for more than seven years. I worked for other firms until I opened my own, ONE80 Realty, in June 2026.
I take on only a few families at a time, so I can be there at every step: the pre-qualification, the showings, the negotiation and the closing. You don't need to drive out to an office — we handle the paperwork and the loan application online the same day.

I connect you with a lender for your pre-qualification. Once that number is clear, we stop looking at homes that don't work.

We tour properties
I only show you what fits: budget, area, schools and drive time to work.

Offer and closing
I negotiate for you, coordinate the inspection and the appraisal, and go through every document with you until you sign.
